Design and avant-garde
with modular metal façades
“One of the main challenges has been the industrialization of the entire construction solution.
This is a ventilated façade constructed from large modules measuring almost 5×3 meters, which came fully finished from the workshop. This solution has had many advantages, including complete control over the finish and faster assembly.
Minimizing the number of different materials (black ceramic panel, glass, and lacquered aluminum-clad structure) has made it possible to simplify not only its formal solution, but also its construction.”
OAB Office of Architecture
We are very proud of this project, which faithfully defines the great advantages of our modular system for architectural facades, which seek construction optimization without sacrificing total freedom in design, exclusivity in the choice of materials, and excellence in finishes.
A modern and original façade designed with a large number of openings formed by a brass box that protrudes from the façade plane. Its play of light and shadow, together with different changes of rhythm in the horizontal line, created by a series of large bay windows made with aluminum curtain walls, visually reduce the great length of the façade.
The geometric order of the façade and, on the ground floor, the large windows with aluminum structural profiles are some of the recurring features of the projects designed by the OAB architecture studio.
A unique prefabricated façade emerges on Córcega Street, imposing a strong personality that is elegant, sober, timeless, and modern.
In this project, we have executed 2,000 m² of prefabricated facade using our system [ACOUSTIC FAÇADE SYSTEM], combining aluminum enclosures, high performance glazing on the first floor and lacquered steel railings on roofs and terraces. A “total facade” designed and manufactured in our facilities, following the successful and careful design of the architectural firm.
