Boutique Hotel in Vara del Rey
The Standard Boutique Hotel (Hyatt) is located on a central corner of Vara del Rey Street in Ibiza Town. The architectural firm OAB designed a formal, uniform façade, incorporating a mathematically precise opening measuring 1.20 x 2.30 meters in height, to highlight traditional Ibizan architecture with a refined minimalism, leaving only the sun’s rays to drape the elegant façade in light and shadow.
A project in which we crafted the various architectural elements from steel and aluminum, finished in white lacquer:
Aluminum lattice cladding on the ground floor.
Aluminum windows and doors, including casement and sliding styles, featuring selective-coating glass with high sound insulation.
Balconies and railings made of lacquered stainless steel.
Sliding shutters made of aluminum and wood.
Products that offer the highest level of insulation, climate control, and sun protection, along with impeccable aesthetics in a timeless white finish, backed by the strongest guarantee and durability over time.

Boutique Hotel in Vara del Rey
The Standard Ibiza offers a fresh take on modern-day Ibiza while embracing the island’s rich history. Housed in a sleek, pure-white building with 67 guest rooms and suites, as well as a separate private residence, Casa Privada, the hotel features bright, eclectic design and lush landscaping.
