A modern 17-story building designed by the architectural firms aZCON architectures, HYBRIDa Arquitectes, and D388, where we constructed the facades.
The façade
We have constructed a prefabricated façade for an interior atrium using the FAÇADE ACOUSTIC PANEL system and a double exterior skin made from DEPLOYÉ-type stretched aluminum panels.
A façade composed of low-emissivity technical glass designed with complex shapes, offering a high level of transparency and thermal insulation.

Tembo is a modern hotel building with 280 units, including suites, studios, and apartments, with exclusive common areas and services, such as a rooftop with a swimming pool, a luxurious restaurant, a café, parking, and an entire floor dedicated to business with conference and meeting rooms and a 350 m² event room.
