The project consists of dismantling the existing façade and replacing it with a new composite façade in accordance with DIT, comprising the installation of new stainless steel point anchors, vertical aluminum omega profiles, front panels, flashings, linings, and lintels in STACBOND FR composite trays in TITANIUM METALLIC STB-407 color.

Installation of existing sunshades on the sea-facing façade with new stainless steel brackets, existing windows and glass on floors 7 to 12, and new windows and glass on floors 2 to 6.
