We present this comprehensive renovation of the modernist building that houses the exclusive Hermès boutique, located on Paseo de Gracia.
A project that stands out for the large glass rear façade of the 8-story modernist building.
Full glass façade
The rear façade has been constructed using a modern glass structure, framed to cover the entire rear surface, inspired by modernist windows, but providing total natural lighting and sun protection.
The glass in this enclosure has a high level of thermal insulation and sun protection.
In addition, it provides physical security both inside and outside, as it is made of two layers of laminated glass.
Making of
We are proud to have led the comprehensive renovation of the modernist building located at Paseo de Gracia, Nº 81.
We have combined the latest features in acoustic and thermal insulation and safety in glazing, ensuring an efficient, high-quality result.
