A new era of construction for the city of Barcelona
The façade
During the renovation of the building, we were responsible for the design, manufacture, and installation of the prefabricated façade, developed using a combination of our INOX TIMBER CURTAIN WALL and INOX FACADE ACOUSTIC PANEL systems.
This hybrid solution has allowed us to integrate advanced technical features with a modern, lightweight aesthetic, ensuring excellent thermal, acoustic, and structural performance.
T3, the first office building in Europe to be part of the Timber, Transit, Technology family.
A new office design concept is based on three fundamental pillars: the warmth and sustainability of wood, location in an emerging area well connected to the city, and cutting-edge technology. This project has been taken as an opportunity to rethink standard construction solutions and apply materials and systems that reduce the carbon footprint.
The wood and large panoramic windows create interiors that provide warmth and well-being to their users. In addition, the finishes are carefully crafted and the installations are exposed, allowing for high ceilings in the workspaces and adding character to the space.
The layout of the stairwell and service areas on the façade facing the passageway allows T3 Diagonal Mar to offer open, flexible workspaces that can be adapted to any company.
